(2) Vacuum heat treatment can complete environmental protection. Compared with normal pressure heat treatment, vacuum heat treatment is carried out in a closed environment, with clean environment, less waste discharge and environmental pollution.


(3) The operation of vacuum heat treatment is simple. Compared with normal pressure heat treatment, the operation requirements for workers are simple, it is not easy to cause errors, and the quality is easy to ensure. The mechanical parts after vacuum heat treatment can be directly used for electroplating, without degreasing, cleaning or other surface processing, eliminating many auxiliary processing procedures, saving processing time and processing costs, and reducing production costs.

The reason for the deformation of the workpiece during the heat treatment process is generally the phase transformation stress of the workpiece during the heat treatment process; the second is the thermal stress caused by the temperature change speed of each part of the workpiece during the heating and cooling process. The temperature in the vacuum heat treatment furnace is uniform, and the heat is heated under vacuum conditions. The heat exchange method is mainly thermal radiation instead of convection heating, so the heating temperature is uniform, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the workpiece is small, so the deformation of the workpiece is small.


(6) Vacuum heat treatment is easy to complete equipment automation, improve the degree of equipment automation, and ensure good quality repeatability of workpiece heat treatment. Because the working parameters required in the vacuum heat treatment process can be received and transmitted by modern sensors, all quantitative process paths and execution procedures can be pre-programmed.
